Willow Brook Sanctuary Space Rental Agreement
Thank you for your interest in hosting your gathering at Willow Brook Sanctuary. To help preserve the integrity, beauty, and peaceful atmosphere of the space, all renters agree to the following terms.
Booking & Approval
All rental requests are subject to review and approval by Willow Brook Sanctuary. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee a reservation. A reservation is considered confirmed only after approval and receipt of any required payment.
Use of the Space
Willow Brook Sanctuary may be used for workshops, classes, retreats, private gatherings, wellness offerings, community events, and similar activities that align with the values and intended use of the space. Renters agree to use the property respectfully and in a manner that supports the peaceful nature of the sanctuary.
Responsibility for Guests
The individual making the reservation is responsible for the conduct and safety of all participants, guests, vendors, facilitators, and attendees associated with their event.
Care of the Property
- Leave the space in the same condition in which it was found.
- Remove all personal belongings, decorations, supplies, and event materials at the conclusion of the rental period.
- Dispose of waste appropriately.
- Report any damage, accidents, or concerns as soon as possible.
- Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
Respect for the Sanctuary
- Respect neighboring properties and the surrounding environment.
- Treat the land, facilities, furnishings, and amenities with care.
- Follow any posted or communicated safety guidelines.
- Conduct activities in a respectful and considerate manner.
Assumption of Risk
By entering and using the property, renters and their guests acknowledge that participation in activities and use of the facilities carries inherent risks. Renters assume responsibility for their own safety and for the safety of their participants while on the property.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow Brook Sanctuary, its owners, staff, contractors, volunteers, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, accident, or claim arising from the renter's use of the property or participation in activities conducted on the premises.
Agreement
By submitting a rental request and checking the acknowledgment box during booking, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
